Received an email stating my package was "attempted to be delivered" this morning when I was home and waiting for it - no attempt was made, or slip left. Called Canada Post who gave me the run around, first saying it was due to covid (so now they don't even knock to deliver or leave any notification cards?) And then said even before covid they would not have tried to deliver my type of package at home. Fine. Called the Canada post store to see if my package was there, the girl who answered said there was a lineup and put me on hold for 15 minutes, then picked up and said they were too busy to answer my question and to call back in an hour. I'll pay the extra money to never have Canada post deliver another package for me if this is the customer service they stand by.
