I requested on two different occasions that my package be left on my back step for security reasons on DHL's online form which is an option. Both times, DHL has ignored my request and has left my package on my front step when I am not home. DHL does not read the requests, does not care about the requests, or both. I contacted DHL the first time and they ensured me that it would not happen again. Obviously they don't care.

This location is NOT FedEx, DHL, UPS or other Authorized. This location lies to their customers all the time about being an approved depot, when they are not.
