I have been into this outlet a number of times. There are two male counter personnel who know what they are doing and do it well. They always offer me all of the options right away and they are fast and accurate. A lot of places will not tell you if the postal code is wrong but these guys do. They have saved me a lot of money and I find their line ups are few and move quickly. The parcel retrieval is great too.

Wish I could have put 0 STARS. First package got STOLEN off my front door. Purolator dropped it off... No problem, Amazon re-sent the same package through Canada Post... I get in my email "Package was delivered to your mailbox". No it is NOT. Checked twice in 2 days. I Went down to Kipling to get it resolved, they could not do nothing for me... SHOCKER. They never can! "It Says delivered" He said. "SO IT'S DELIVERED!" Well then why am I here if its DELIVERED?! They don't have problem solving skills. Since I moved to Medicine Hat, I have had nothing but trouble with this Canada Post and its Employees. They simply don't care. Typical Union. Choose a different Carrier if you can. The package will probably show up randomly DAYS later... IF AT ALL.

Very disappointed. I had 2 packages ordered, one from ebay and one from Amazon. Both said delivered but were never in the community mailbox like it said. So now i'm out $130+ all because someone wasn't able to put the packages in the correct mailbox, brutal. Now since the packages say delivered, there's no way to get a refund.

I HATE CANADA POST! This is the second time I’ve looked at my app and it says my item is delivered to community mailbox and the key wasn’t inside. The first one it happened a neighbour down the street got it delivered to her door! This time The key is missing and they don’t send someone up the same damn day to see if the key is in another box! I’m so livid with this happening all the time. And just now another neighbour got a letter in the mail that was supposed to be in our box! How hard is it to put mail in the right slots? Guess I have to request other shipping services because I’m so done with these clowns....if I could give negative 10 stars I would....

if i could give 0 stars i would. I got a notification that they are rescheduling my delivery after an "attempt was made" i have been sitting at home all morning in silence and the doorbell never rang and a knock was never heard on the door. Do not tell me there was an attempt made when you were not even here to try. I wish none of my packages came through canada post because its never a good experience.
