I hate having to go to this place any time and especially during busy season. They still don't know that they need more than one person at the desk to handle the lineups. Waste so much time waiting in line it's so frustrating

I got an email saying my package was delivered to the P.O box, so I went to get it and I noticed a parcel on the ground behind the P.O box, and sure enough it was mine and my P.O box was empty. This is how you deliver packages?? If I hadn't come by the second I got my email someone could have stolen my package! Un-fricken-believable.

According to the other reviews I've been lucky but I've never had an issue here. They're quick and kind. They deal with some pretty ignorant and impatient people which I've witnessed in person while waiting in line. It's a busy location and I think things are managed well. I've never had an issue with a parcel that I've dropped off. I don't dock stars for things which are out of the staffs control.

Very poor customer service. Not all customers know the process that you have so if it seems that they are lost your job is to guide them and explain it to them. The most disappointing part is most of the people employed there are fellow Filipinos. Such an arrogant front line. Also why would you leave a notice and tell me my parcel is ready for pick-up when its not. Had to drive all the way from downtown to just get my parcel, at least make it a worthwhile trip with friendly customer service.

Never have I had an issue with this post office the only reason for taking a star off it the parking lot at this steel creek location is really not a good set up. There’s never any top level parking so you have to park underground and pack your parcels up or back down! I now try to go to the thickwood post office for ease of parking.

I would give this place a ZERO star if I could.... The Filipino general manager that works there is so rude! I went there with my sister and we weren't understanding something and instead of nicely explaining it to us she started arguing and yelling... she pushed me aside to help another customer out when I wasn't done with my parcel. When I asked to speak to another worker she denied and I told her she is being rude and aggressive and she said "Thank you"... please get her fired.

If I could give it zero stars I would there was 1 person in front of me in line. 3 workers were behind the counter but because it was after 6 they refused me service I have no choice to come here until the downtown locations open back up THIS PLACE SUCKS

Staff are often short, terse and sometimes straight up rude. I could understand if I was beligerant towards said employees but I was not. The attitudes and responses of these people say I need a new line of work. Not to mention they don't even have your package half the time they say they do. Very unprofessional for a government service.

I think the service here is ZERO star. The staff was not able to listen customers’ needs. I asked for “a stamp”, and she charged me the price of “a stamp+ an envelope “ which was more expensive and I did not need an envelope! I told her I just need a stamp. She told me the stamp is on the envelope! She was terrible! I don’t understand why the staff in the post office would be a robber to force you buy the things you don’t ask for!

Is it hard for the staff to say sorry for the inconvenient service that made me wait for more than 30 mins in the line up because she made mistake with other customer. I finally got the service when people started coming up in the line before that I was alone in the line.
