I was not home to receive a package that required a signature and so it was not delivered (which is completely understandable obviously), however the same day pickup option that is supposedly available was crossed out by the delivery driver. Why? Give me an explanation. Now the parcel is delayed 4 days. Great service fedex!

Extremely helpful staff for someone, like me, who rarely ships anything across the border. They helped explain how to find the HS Commodity Codes (which I did later). They asked me a bunch of questions and then prepared the shipping labels, and they even helped me reinforce my packaging job. I am very picky when it comes to customer service, but I'll go out of my way to acknowledge those who provide it. Kudos to Steffi and Kieran on a job well done!

The staff member assisting me was great. He actually looked through a pile of free boxes for me to use, but none were appropriate. With this extra effort on his part, I was happy to buy a box to ship my items. It was nice to see a happy, helpful staff member going the extra mile for a customer at this busy time of year.
