Absolutely awful service. I can't believe a company as large as this would allow such horrible customer service. Nothing but issues every time we have someone ship something to us. Complete headache to the point where we ask other businesses not to use them for shipping. 0 Stars. Staff is rude, no one has a clue what's going on there.

Nothing but problems with UPS in prince george says delivered or attempted then call and told we don't deliver there package is being sent back you didn't pick it up.. weird no one called and said it was here. But then the next packed that was shipped by them was delivered but wouldn't release package with out cash they asked for 160 but bill was 146 online??? But I thought you didnt deliver out here or is it just on dsys you feel like??

The problem with UPS is their tracking and even there logistics are slow and archaic.IPS leave a lot of shipments, parcels and packages sitting on loading docks or warehouse floors until the due to arrive dates then are shipped or delivered. This method allows UPS to charge more money for rush or next day deliveries. I will never recommend UPS to anyone.

The lady in the office was very helpful. But when my package was delivered. The guy said i couldn't use my visa debit card. So i had to go to the office the next day. She was fine with the card. She gave me the phone number to pay and get the confirmation number. The delivery guy was in to much of a hurry to do his job properly.

Delivery people are consistently skipping deliveries and marking as "Attempted to deliver". Considering this happens at our business, it's obvious they don't attempt the delivery because we are open every day and during the hours that they deliver. Worst shipper in PG. Use a different one.

They are the worst! Three times in a row I have had orders come in. Once was a C.O.D which I was told that I couldn't pay with my debit/visa and the driver was short with me. At the office they were great and helpful. The next time I just happened to walk outside to find my parts for my vehicle sitting out front of my door. Today's delivery again no knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell, my roommate comes in to inform me my parts order is sitting outside. I live in the VLC (hood) and things go missing easily. I have tried looking for the office phone number to let them know but cannot find their number.

Tell yer driver its called cameras. And packages are not supposed to be used to ring the doorbell, when signatures are required he can not sign for things and throw on the ground ... and don't throw the packages. The driver is a horrible person and me too got told many times to pay c.o.d. charge but c.o.d charge was paid for already and he always wants cash thats not odd not at all .. Office are decent people though lol

Depot was friendly and helpful. UPS sucks. Was down there because the driver decided to call it a day. Reported that I was closed. I avoid shipping ups as much as possible.

Worst delivery service in Prince George, yes, even worse than Skip. Pay an arm and a leg for cross border packages, drivers fake delivery attempts, maybe 1 out of 10 packages get delivered. No local phone number? Bush league operation.

I was extremely unimpressed with having my customers computer delivered by the ups driver in this fashion. He left an expensive piece of equipment by the front door in a mobile home park, visible to anyone. I watched from my window, as the driver dropped the box off, knock and take off. Driver left the package without verification of some being home to receive it... could of lost a customer and several hundred dollars of my business if I hadn't seen the package dropped off. Please speak to the driver, could cost hard feeling and loss of business and income for the driver to wait more than than the quick knock and bail, no one needs to be in that much of a rush.

They sent me a bill for duty on a product shipped from what appeared to be a Canadian website. I refused the delivery, which was returned to the American shipper, but UPS sent me a bill for the duty anyway. This is an unsolicited service (illegal by Canadian law) and I will not pay. I tried to phone them but they put me on hold with no call-back option and no indication of how long I would be on hold. I gave up on reaching their customer service representative and just mailed my refusal note to their office.

Since we moved into our apartment on 17th Ave about 14 months ago we have had several items ordered but never delivered. They refuse to use the intercom system to call our apartment and all they ever do is leave a note telling us when and where we can drive to pick it up. This is unacceptable and we have complained about this in the past.. They are being paid for delivery of these items but simply refuse to deliver..

If I could give 0 stars I would. They never deliver to my house even though I'm in city limits and as far from their depot as any other house in the Hart. They never call to tell me that my packages are there so I always have to hunt them down. I wish companies would never ship with this provider. They are garbage.
