That service in Montreal is terrible. I thought FedEx was one of the best. But 2 out of 2 times they has delayed my packages. On this occasion, as in the previous one, the estimated delivery was for Sunday, then they changed it to Monday, then to Tuesday before noon, wensday and I didn't receive my package. It is a lack of respect and seriousness with customers.

What a complete mess. It’s been two days that I call to inquire about a package and each time I did I got a different answer. Nothing is clear and no one is able to track the package and provide accurate answers. The package delivery was delayed even though no one attempted to deliver it. Not recommended at all.

Horrible company they says they came to your house and no one was there when they never came because i was at home all day and never heard the doorbell i went to st -laurent to pick up my package I had to wait about 1h30 before receiving it

Garbage！！I placed an order from ssense, it was delivered for a week by cross-city express, and they woke me up at 8:00 a.m. to drive here 30mins to pick up my delivery. Then what is the meaning of Fedex charging delivery fee? Put my package further away？

Whats wrong with this specific location? Always lie and iv jot been to work for 2 days amd my package is not even in transit.... Fed ex should be banned in Montreal... no care whaysoever my package is worth 2k
