I am sure that you don't get alot of 5 star reviews. This is for the Fedex driver George Whitlock. He delivers in the North Rustico area. I had called Fedex to have my couch and another package rerouted to Chelton from my north Rustico address. I paid $15 for this. Fortunately George had clearly SAVED MY PHONE NUMBER from a previous request and called me to say he had these deliveries in North Rustico. He told me he had to send them back to moncton. He saved the day and has restored my faith!!!

Great staff and willing to help with any questions that I had. I have never filled out a fed ex form, but the staff were helpful and told me what I need to make sure I filled out, helped me in doing my calculations and weighed it as well as told me the cheapest way to send. My family member dropped off a delivery shipment to Apple in their drop box half an hour before opening and the delivery was never made. When she contacted Fedex regarding the matter, they claimed they never processed the package and they’re not held liable for their drop box. The only explanation is an employee saw a delivery box to Apple, stole the package and now they’re refusing to look into the matter. Incredibly unprofessional, and ridiculous of Fedex to offer a service to customers that’s not secure. Will definitely never use Fedex’s services again.

Package was behind schedule and I had to pick it up at the Fedex office despite paying $100 for shipping. The tracking service stated I wasn't home to have it delivered Friday despite being forced to stay home due to a certain virus.
