Excellent service. Helpful staffs.

Why would you send my package here when I specifically said to send it to a place that is open on Sundays? Might as well just return to sender, try doing your job next time.

Everything is awesome.. working environment is so good. They take care of everything for their employees

I don't even know where to start with this. They left a door tag for me to pick up my package that contains zero useful information. No address of where to pick it up, how long they will hold it for, no hours that they are open. Speaking of their hours, they are not posted anywhere online, but they are open from 8:00 to 12:00, then from 2:30 to 6:00. That's right, they are closed for 2 and a half hours in the middle of the day every weekday. So of course I go there on my lunch break only to find this out. When you do go to get your package, if you are lucky enough be be there when they are open, the door will be locked and you will have to speak to someone through an intercom beside the door, although this information is not posted anywhere when you get there. If I order anything else in the future that is being shipped FedEx I will absolutely cancel it.

They don't even attempt to deliver. And didn't leave a tag on my door to tell me where to pick up my package. Useless.

Package was "delivered to residence." The package was certainly not - still waiting for it days after the supposed "delivery." Camera footage of my driveway proves that there were no non-resident vehicles on my property during the day of "delivery." Not able to contact depot - the "service number" only goes in circles and is completely automated. Depot is not open outside of business hours, making physically going there nearly impossible if one is employed. Shameful, terrible service. Will never knowingly support Fedex ever again. Thoroughly disgusted.

For a delivery company they sure don't do much delivering

I received a call in the morning that there was a package for pickup at the FedEx on Great Street. My husband went to pick it up. The man did not ask for any information. He sent us to the FedEx Express. They said that the package was not there. They were nice enough to call over to the Ground Terminal and ask if it was there. It was, so we went back over to the Ground Terminal to get the package. The short of it is that we had no service from the Ground Terminal. I did end up getting the package no thanks to the Ground Terminal. There was no reason for the poor service. Get it together people! Do your job properly or maybe its time to change jobs. Not only did they not deliver to our house ( as promised by Sleep Country), but FedEx cost us over 30 minutes of our time running back and forth).

Automated voice said it would be here at 3.30 finally got a hold of fed ex service representative and he told me it was still in Ontario. Nothing like waiting all day at home to sign for something that was supposed to be guaranteed delivery today. The truth would of helped.

Almost certain they outright lie about attempted deliveries with the hope of wearing your down until you decide to go pick it up yourself; conveniently only possible during business hours during the week, you know, when you're working! That, or their delivery driver is brain dead. Both very real possibilities. Also, the center doesn't return calls, follow instructions or understand addresses. From now on, I will no longer patronize businesses which use FedEx as a delivery service.

I have had nothing but trouble, dealing with the local FedEx, with very late deliveries and such (I once had a package show up in PG, according to their own tracking, but not get delivered for 4 more days). But recently, they sunk to a new low. A package was supposed to arrive on Friday. Friday passed, no package. I checked their own tracking, and they claimed that it was delivered, Friday, at 5:24 pm. This is utterly impossible, because my wife and I were sitting, less than ten feet from the door and mailbox, from around 4:30 to 6:30. So, I tried to contact FedEx and discovered they do not have a local number (probably got tired of complaints). In fact, the number a Google-user suggested is now dead. So, I called head office. "We'll contact your local branch and find out what's up, then get back to you." They never did, but I suspect they had words with their local branch, because, hours later, a nervous-looking delivery guy showed up. He claimed that the package had fallen behind his seat, but he had no sensible explanation for why he had entered the package as having been delivered, anyway. And, instead of apologizing, he just complained about his bad day. And, you know, I never did receive an explanation or apology from the local FedEx or the head office. Just that one, useless, "were looking into it" call. Well, maybe it wasn't entirely useless, if they yelled at the local manager, who yelled at the driver, who finally delivered the package. But they still should have contacted me. Again, if this was a unique occurence, I would be annoyed but not bother writing this. But this was simply the latest and worst such incident, so I figured it was time to say something.

The ladies here are great. Not sure what all the bad reviews are here for. I've been ordering lots of things online that come to FedEx and it's always been a quick and easy trip to the terminal.

Clean and tidy

Ronnie Vandenbrink - 2020-10-01

This FED EX in Prince George is absolutely HORRIBLE. I do not understand how they can call themselves a service when they constantly pass it off to Canada Post to deliver their service. Fed Ex used to come deliver in the Hart by Ferguson Lake, now they don't even bother, and I am in the service delivery area. I used to have to fight with Purolator to deliver packages as they would say the same thing, but at least Purolator has improved and stepped up their game and delivers. I can't believe a package coming from Vancouver BC which is 8 hours away takes 6 days to arrive and deliver with Fed Ex. Your paying for a service that literally can't DELIVER. I will not be using Fed Ex in Prince George for any future deliveries.

Kassy Maxwell - 2020-01-03

Poor quality and service. Very disappointed in the fact they just throw parcels aggressively and leave them in ditches or lawns or worse. Will always request my items go through a different company now.

Laura Rose - 2020-06-03

Third time they have delivered my packages and left them in the rain without even attempting to come to the front door. Absolutely ridiculous..

Tanisha C - 2017-12-06

Lady on the phone was great. However drivers have a habit of saying they tried to deliver something to the house when they have not. I have loud dogs and both me and my husband have been home for days waiting for this parcel. No way anyone gets on the property without me knowing. Would not recommend on using if you can avoid it.

Fly Man - 2020-04-18

This is without any doubt about it, the worst company in PG. If they don't lose it, they destroy it. And the laziest driver of all time works there, he can't even bother to bring the parcel to the door, just drops it out the door onto the driveway and leaves.

Katalin Illes - 2021-02-11

They didn't even attempt to deliver, but said they did, and then tried to return my package to sender. I kept getting emails saying "Customer not available" when I was home the whole time. I managed to get my package only after calling their support line and making them track down the driver so they would actually come to my apartment. Overall, the worst delivery experience I have ever had. Whoever is in charge at FedEx PG needs to have a serious talk with their delivery people on what delivery actually means.

Melanie Beze - 2019-06-04

I wish they can notify their customers before delivery just like DHL. I don't like their services

Catherine Williams - 2018-12-08

I had a terrible time finding the UPS office, they dont have a office here now finding out and they use a unreliable third party courier. As for fedex they actually have a easy to find location were you can pick up. It may say they dont have a official location in prince george but i had to call to get their warehouse address and after speaking with the worker there she mentioned that i can just put a note in the address 2 that i want to pick up at shipment warehouse and not to be delivered.

Paul Leverman - 2017-11-22

Have never dealt with a worse delivery company, ever. Avoid using Intelcom, do yourself a favour, and mail it, or send it on the bus, or Purolator, or DHL, or drive it there yourself. Anybody but Intelcom. One of the above commenters said something about why all the negative reviews, that it was always an easy drive to the terminal. How does that equate to good service from a DELIVERY company. Picking up your own parcel is not what a DELIVERY or COURIER company is about. The local Prince George agent told us that we were "outside the service area", so we asked "where is the service area?", the answer: "you'll have to ask the driver". So we said, "when you send him with the parcel, we'll ask him." Dead silence. Then she proceeded to tell us that they couldn't deliver our parcel because "they don't work past 5:00pm". This was at 11:15 am. So we asked her why it would take over five hours to get here. No response. I'm thinking she realised that it sounded just as dumb outside her head as in it. If I could give them no stars I would, but you can't. Like I said earlier, do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.

Cindy Brodhagen - 2018-11-09

Very nice people, hard place to find

Brian Doddridge - 2018-06-14

The people were nice but it was hard to find and a convoluted process

Declan Lee-smith - 2017-04-29

Pathetic, tried to call them, got the national call centre, they say doesn't exist. Very unprofessional for a shipping company.

Marcy Buc - 2016-12-12

FedEx Ground hard to find location is at 1024 Great st, Prince George , bay 4, in the BCR site

Bessie West - 2017-11-19

Parcel has arrived Thursday, not delivered and no way of finding where it is! No happy! It is now Sun.

L. Jw - 2017-11-24

They may steal/lose your parcel if you have not requested a "signature" for delivery. the package mysteriously arrived after I filed a claim with FedEx. will avoid using FED EX in PG for this reason. Would leave a zero if I could.

Stacey Third - 2017-08-05

Terrible no one can tell me a thing and I keep getting disconnected. Argh

Kirt Tagmann - 2018-04-26

In and out fast

Justin Glazier - 2018-09-07

Absolutely useless

Karim Saleh - 2016-11-15

No way to contact them; have to go through FedEx national service. Impossible to find, they moved twice and didn't update their address on google or have it available on website. Actually called national centre and they also weren't able to confirm address or contact them in Prince George. Ridiculous.
