I was checking my order online and it say’s delivered in the mail box, I checked my mailbox and there was nothing in it. The delivery guy didn’t put it in the mailbox but put into the box where they put flyers and stuff. It was my phone and I spent $1750 on it. Anyone who was lurking around could grab that from that flyer box but I was lucky there. This is so unprofessional. I was at my house and the delivery dude didn’t even ring the bell. I am so disappointed with UPS services. I wish there should’ve been option for 0 rating.

If you have to use ups don't even think about changing any names or address on a package. You feel like your being interrogated by border patrol to pickup your own package. The clerk wouldn't even care to look at all the proof and explanation I had, even though it was previously all changed and corrected with ups. Apparently this depot doesn't have the capability to see information in the system. The other couriers are so much more friendly and easy to use, I almost didn't get the product I paid for.

Wonderful service. I visited one of the famous printing stores, in cornerstone, not to mention the name (st#pl&s). They refused to help me with printing because of my unique PDF type, and no one even tried to help me. All employees in that big printing store were just hanging around and talking to each other, like a dating place. The documents I had was very important for me. Finally, I went to UPS store, lady overthere was humble and helpful. Although, my documents were tough to encrypt, she gave personal attention to my case, and helped me. Amazing service. Fully satisfied with their way of approach. Well treatment.
