Usually good service but the last 'Hello Fresh' shipment was taken to the wrong address. FedEx insisted the package was delivered and if it wasn't for my cameras confirming the package was NOT delivered, I would have been charged for it. FedEx is usually the most expensive way to ship so expectations are high and unfortunately not lived up to today.

Got calls and texts saying my shipment was in Tuesday. I go there Thursday and it wasn't even there. It just got picked up in Saskatoon to be delivered today. Worst experience as I live 20 minutes out of Prince Albert. Waste of time. Smh

Worst service, I was expecting a courier on 18th September at 5 pm. So I took a day off from my job to get it. They came to deliver it and put a door tag, without knocking the door or without calling me. Door tag was showing that they will try to deliver the next day at 5 PM. So I immediately booked a cab and went to get courier at nearest fedex office. At that time they said that, my courier was in truck so they can’t give me. Next day, I waited till 8 PM in my balcony, just because I didn’t not wanted to miss the delivery guy, but no one showed that day. So, again I went to fedex office to get my courier, but employees over there did not replied me in satisfactory way and I could not get my courier. After that, I went to fedex office on 20th September and asked for my courier, and employee over there handed me a customer service number. According to her, my courier was never in Prince Albert. It was still in Saskatoon. So I talked with customer representative, and they were just giving me false reasons to cover their back. The courier costed me 207.01$. After paying that amount of money I am still waiting for my courier. I am just visiting fedex office and getting nothing but the useless arguments. They literally don’t care about your time and money.. I would recommend that go with purolator.

Delivery is never delivered right The last guy was the worse he put a parcel leaning against a tree I couldn't bring it in because just had surgery and can't lift or go down the steps on my deck Honestly this has happened more then once and they never ring the doorbell to let us know about the delivery So now I hope nobody steals my parcel until my husband gets home .TERRIBLE SERVICE
