Do not go here to pick up anything. Drove over an hour to get a pickup and had to try and slide the box from the dock level door into my car by myself. No help received from anyone even though I was clearly struggling on my own. Ended up cutting open the box and moving the product itself into the car. Worst customer service; it’s clear they don’t deal with customers often because they’re not very good at it.

No answer. I paid a fortune to have the package delivered in 3 working days, I have been waiting for 3 weeks now. The delivery day is postponed every day and no way of knowing when I will have it. The package seems to be blocked in Drummondville in particular.

All the negative comments below are true...but I was lucky, my package was only held hostage for a week in Drummonville ahaha. After a few calls and emails I ended up receiving it by surprise!
