I phoned them because a parcel came up as needing an address change because they don’t deliver to a P.O. Box. So I phoned them. The lady said I have to contact the shipper to have them change it. So I told her I can’t contact them. It took well over an hour of arguing with the lady to get her to change my address.

Google maps take you to a wrong address. Where it says destination , just take the left at that next intersection and there you will find this place on your left The lady that dealt with me was helpful. I didn't have the tracking id on me but she still went in to find my vacuum. Thanks for that.

The service in Saskatoon is great! Prices are very competitive for our company. I do dislike their customer service phone line and how annoying it is. The address for this place is not updated to reflect their new location on Prospect Road. Google maps will take you to their old location on Millar Ave. Way better service than most and the drivers are super friendly and go above and beyond!

The pick-up procedure at the new Fedex Ground location in Saskatoon is unnecessarily confusing and lacks information. It’s also very out of the way for basically anyone in the city.
