I dropped off a Fedex Package over a week ago & there is no record of it showing it being shipped. I spoke to a customer service rep on the 1-866 # (agent Brandon) who put me on hold for over 30 minute to check with the local D&R here in GFW after I provided him with the tracking number. He never came back to let me know what the status is or any other information. This is very poor service all around. There should be a local phone number you can call to speak to the local office directly.
