One of the worst companies. Not only they leave your package in an unsafe place in the building when you wrote clearly on the postal box please drop packages in front of the apartment door. I don’t understand these people, seriously guys would you like your stuff to get damaged and stolen while you paid lot of money for it ? They also never pick up the phone (worst customer service ever). I am writing a complaint to the bay about this company. Hopefully they will never send my packages with them.

My experience was flawless... and I think it's important that also good reviews make it to the public. They respected the instructions ( I have no buzzer so I asked to be called...and they did ) and they deliver within 36h from the order.... no mishandling of the package either...

Can I put "Zero stars"? Parcel at the hub, on the truck for delivery, back at the hub for 3 days, called 4 times to the service centre, every time they say they'll check and call me back - of course they never call back. Tracking updates stuck at the hub. Still don't have my package and can't show up at the hub itself. If your retailer uses Canpar, good luck!

VERY POOR customer service. I was online with an agent which took my half hour to get a hold of. She put me on wait after giving her my tracking number ... 10 minutes later THE PHONE HANGS UP. 45 MINUTES WAISTED. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. STAY AWAY FROM CANPAR IF YOU CAN.

After the 4th try they wouldn't deliver my package pretending it was not reachable while Intelcom delivers to my house almost twice a week.... I had to go to the warehouse to pick my package... Very annoying...
