Worst customer service and delivery service ever. Driver is not paid to look on the intercom sheet at the entrance to my condo. So he keeps coming everyday but doesn't buzz my door. Called CS twice and twice they've told me the drivers are not paid to look up with door to buzz at??? Seriously?? Bunch of incompetents!!! All other companies buzz, but LOOMIS...nope, it's not part of their service.
