I had a trailer switch load was not ready shipper said load will get ready in afternoon i went back after 2 hour by 12:45 shipper said come back btw 1-2 pm Again went back back by 1:45 Again load was not ready send back me on street and ask for phone no. to call when it get ready No body call back until 3:40 pm load was ready after 6 hrs .
