Post person supposedly came twice to my apt. to deliver a package. 1st. time I was there at 8:07, when they supposedly came. My window faces the street, I can see everyone that comes and goes without even looking straight at it. 2nd. time they said they supposedly came was 4:07, my daughter was waiting for them. Nope, no knock, no human other than tenants coming. Now I have to go to the post office and pick it up. That's why I order from Amazon, quick delivery, leave at the door. Why does a dvd need a signature? The postal service is archaic. Either step it up or stop delivering . Time's have changed, get with it or get out. Sheesh.
