Not at all happy with the service. I waited a full day for the pick-up service, no one came to pick up the package. I called customer service, was on the line for an hour for an agent to answer me, and the person who answered hung up on me. I spent another hour to contact them again, finally I was told that the agent who had planned the pick-up had not put the apartment number for the driver!! In short, I lost a day just because of the bad service and in addition, I was in a hurry to send the package. We did not compensate either! This was my first and last time doing business with Fedex
