UPS delivered a package to our home from Costco. They dropped it off at the front door, took their "proof of delivery" pic then hi-tailed it off to their next delivery. Problem is the driver was 'inches' from our door bell but did no notify us of the delivery, hence the package sat there over night for 15 hours. Could just as easily been lifted! This is not the first time this has happened but any feedback to either Costco or UPS just falls on deaf ears so I decided to post my complaint on Google

Normally never write this type of thing, but I had an exceptionally rude interaction with a UPS this morning. Around 11AM I received a call from my apartment buzzer while I was at work (this surprised me, as I made the order less than 48 hours ago, and was quoted 7-10 business days for delivery.) I mentioned that I was not home, and asked if I could pick it up at a depot, or if redelivery was possible. To which the delivery person responded: ā€œIā€™ve tried to drop it off twice already, and frankly this is getting ridiculousā€, and then abruptly hung up on me. Worried about what had just happened, I pulled up my tracking info, and sure enough, it was marked ā€œdelivered at front doorā€. (Although I highly doubt two delivery attempts were possible, as it only marked as ā€œOut for Deliveryā€ as of this morning, and I had no missed calls). I live in a busy apartment on a busy street, and have had parcels stolen in the past. The contents of this one I could not afford to replace. I would have been completely happy to pick it up at a depot, had the delivery actually agent been listening. Instead, it cost my lunch break for me to bike home and make sure the package was secure. I understand and empathize that drivers are on a tight schedule, but this level of service is unacceptable. I hope that UPS will encourage better service in the future, whether that means finding a way to ease the workload for drivers, or doing something to create a work environment where this does not occur. Looking at these other reviews though, Iā€™m not hopeful. Iā€™ll be actively avoiding sellers that use them for delivery in the future.

Ordered four expensive rims from Costco. Picked up my packages from a local shop that received the packages from the UPS delivery drivers and this was the state they were in. Two of the rims were damaged.

3 days in a row they told me they could not read or deliver to my address. 3 days in a row I called customer service to clarify my address and each time I was told it would arrive the next day. This morning I was told that my package was delivered at 6am and was signed for by someone named David. It definitely was not delivered to my home and there's no one named David. UPS then told me that the package was now considered a fraud risk, had been intercepted and was being sent back to the shipper. Again, this is AFTER 3 consecutive days of customer service clarifying my address with me and assuring me my package would be delivered the next day. Ridiculous. Whatever happened to UPS, they have fallen way off of a cliff in terms of service and you would be well-advised to stay far, far away from them. Sadly, this isn't the first time I've had issues with UPS falling far short of the mark - deciding, for instance, seemingly at random that they just didn't have it in them to deliver a package the day that it was due to be delivered. They said they 'attempted delivery' but I checked the camera footage and they most certainly did not. Don't rely on customer service fixing your problems either because in the end they said exactly what they needed in order to get me off of the phone without actually solving the problem. If you run a business that relies on your customer actually receiving the packages that they pay for, you would do well to find someone else. As long as I have a say in the matter, moving forward I will not be using UPS in any capacity and I recommend that you stay far, far away. This company seems to be headed toward a cliff, fast and you definitely don't want them holding your packages when they go over.

This company is the worst!! They have caused me to be going through a mental breakdown. I sent a 2 pkgs both going to the same address since August 24,2022. One delivered on time the next one still undelivered. They took 2 weeks to tell me that the package was damaged and that they wouldn't compensate me eventhough I paid for insurance (which is another scam). We asked that the package be returned to us since the 10th of September, 2022 in which they charged for the return while they clearly state that the package was damaged in transit. I have been calling and everyday is a different story and a different promise to call back or have the item delivered in 2 days. Packae still undelivered This is the biggest scamming organization I have ever seen. My item was stolen with no way of getting it back. They state my package was not properly packaged and I will attached my proof that it was properly packaged and labeled.
