My package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago, but the tracking has not been updated since Saturday, where it is stuck at this hub. Please, someone get in contact with me. I have tried UPS numerous times, and they say they will contact you guys to get an update, but I have heard absolutely NOTHING. This is ridiculous.

Would be nice if the delivery drivers from this location didn't throw boxes as if they were garbage. Some deliveries are actually breakable or have items that can bust open inside of the box. I have video of it happening (prefer not to post on a review for privacy reasons) and I was home (heard the 'clunk' of my items being thrown on the ground), but here's a couple pictures of the box. It takes a pretty solid throw to smash a box up that bad. Security tape was also ripped, and other areas of the box showed that the package was roughed up pretty bad. Not cool, man. Not cool. 😐 I'd expect better from UPS, and usually choose them over C.P. for shipments.

One of the worst company i have ever visited. Supervisor told me to wait for the further directions as they are still loading the trailer but my pickup time was 11pm and i wait till 1 am and when I entered into the warehouse for check, there is no one in the warehouse. They just wasted the driver time. Now i have no hours left for the driving.

Delivered my parcel 1 week late. Moreover i found some of my stuff was broken. Their delivery person never showed up to my address for a week and they kept updating that they attempted delivery.

I can't even begin to write this review. UPS has the worst service I have ever ever come across. Been 0ver 10 days to deliver a package and everytime I call I end up in another country where they read the exact info off the computer. It's so tragic , I am so so frustrated with the ridiculous service from ups. No one know anything literally no one knows anything LiTERALLY NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING
