Wish I could give zero stars. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. They say they've been to my house 3 times but I was home all day and no one ever rang the doorbell. No slip left at door either. Now it's been 5 business days with a pending notice when I check online. Called multiple times to know where my parcel is and the agents are completely useless.

Unfortunately, UPS is often the only delivery service that i can use. On three different occasions, i have seen UPS delivery man park his UPS car in front on my home, than leaving without trying to knock on my door. Each time, I recieve a notification saying that there have been an attempt to give me my package. Very poor service with dishonest employees.

First time my package was supposed to be delivered friday 2 sep but the guy from ups gave me my facture go back to his truck and he was gone he said nothing. Later, I received a notification like I wasnt there. This week they changed the delivery date 3 times and everyday i stayed awake and it never came to finally received a notification a 7pm to say that the delivery date was changed. I work during the night so i am super tired from not sleeping much. UPS is garbaged you pay 300$ for shipping and the job aint done right

Shipping ended up costing double, because UPS took my package hostage if I didn't pay their ridiculous import fee jacked up price. Never again UPS.

Call them multiple times and I always get lied to, I personally blame UPS management for how they treat their employees. From what I gather, their intense scrutiny of what their employees are doing and their impossible targets they set them makes it so that they HAVE to resort to shady strategies in order to not get fired. If there is one company I despise in this world it's UPS. Employees at UPS: hang in there. Executives at UPS: get bent.
