Googled UPS locations near me, this one was closest. Arrived at location only to be advised by a sign on door, that location was closed to public. They have the audacity & gull to advise public they can leave they parcels on a cart by door. Wish I could give UPS negative rating

Paid $30 for express... The parcel is sitting at the faculty around the corner from my house. They changed delivery date from today to tomorrow because if extreme weather..... It's 10 minutes away, roads are clear and no active weather. LIARS!!!

Do the one star reviewers all buy things on eBay and not understand how customs and COD work? read carefully when you buy things online... Nothing but quick pick ups and on schedule drops, UPS will always be my go to when shipping items nationally & aboard.

Horrible. They left a packing slip and when I checked their website and called them, they said they didn't have it. Then they emailed me that they have it and have delivered it to the address but I wasn't there. Im not going to waste my entire day waiting for a package. The package that I bought was 180$ and they are telling me to pay a COD of 38$, that is bs. I should not have to pay a large amount of money to get a package. I will not order from that online store again since they use UPS. I hope they lose business. DO NOT USE THEM.

They haven't been able to deliver my package for over a week. They've had it, but can't deliver it because there's some problem with my address on the package. This is literally the worst service I've ever had from ordering something online. Spending $120 for something and not even getting it??? How is that okay?
