I have been tracking a package that has been out for delivery for over 2 months now. I have called in every week for the past 8 weeks, each time giving them the correct delivery address and being assured that the package is on its way. As of now, the tracking progress still says " customer requested to pick up package at Richmond warehouse." This is not what I requested and all I've gotten over the last 2 months is BS lip service with no progress in receiving my shipment. Still no package. Would not recommend this company.

Had my wife's passport documents mishandled by the UPS courier in Vancouver, he took the documents WITHOUT THE SHIPPING LABEL!! No scanning , now we have no idea where the documents are, i worked in logistics for 20 years and everybody knows your job as a courier driver is to SCAN all items you touch , i mean who takes random packages from a passport office like that , of course neither Vancouver UPS location could figure this out , the driver picked up the documents at 2pm because he had to sign his name at the office for time of pick up name the office informed us they didn't print the ups label until 230!!! Paid close to $50 to get this done from one day to the next or even Saturday delivery but now who knows so, i would say if you need to get time sensitive documents delivered and scan properly DO NOT USE UPS. Try Purolator or Fed ex and good luck.

Every time they have the same tactics and lies. The 'customer service' guy tells me there is no package with my tracking number! Another tells me it's already sent back to the sender! Another one says delivery was attempted. No, it wasn't! Nobody came to my place! Another 3 tell me delivery scheduled for next day. Lie again! Then needed to spend 5 or more phone calls to get the self clearing papers. Then go all the way to their warehouse in another city to pic it up. Absolute worse company and I don't understand how they can be in business with their practice of lying and extortion of broker fees. Every single time a seller uses UPS, I have to go through the same scenario. And those losers don't understand that I know what is going on. 0nce they even blocked my phone number trying to keep me forever on the phone. I used a friends phone and it came through! I wish I could give them minus five in ratings. UPS doesn't deserve to be in business. But it's Canada, only in Canada.

Just wondering why such company still exist in Canada market. With the same address, the rest of items are shipped and delivered on time except the one with UPS. After 10+ days waiting I called them to check the status and they told me the street number was wrong which was correct and they was not able to explain why it was not delivered. I ended up coming to here to pick up by myself. The staff here is ok and nothing to complain but the delivery service sucks!

Used to me my favourite shipping company, but it seems like there are issues or delays with every delivery now. They often send my packages to a pickup location but don’t notify me of it. Signing up for their my-choice service helps notify me occasionally but often still doesn’t work or help. Their tracking info always seems to missing half of the actual tracking info. Packages are constantly delayed. Their customer service never seems to be able to help with anything aside from saying we’re sorry you’re having an issue with your delivery. Most delivery companies have their annoying moments, but UPS just seems genuinely useless these days.
