Snow fell on Thursday, package was delayed which is fine. It's SUNDAY & still no package. Paid $155 shipping for a $68 part. Roads have been clear FOR TWO DAYS. Was told yesterday its out for delivery....package never arrived. Absolutely no reason why it hasn't been delivered. AWFUL SERVICE!

Parcel Mailed from Vancouver to my home on the island. Tracking number I was given Via email does not work. Cannot locate package. Contact customer service to locate package, was told they would get back to me in 24 hours. Have not heard anything from them since. Courtenay location has no contact info to see if they even received a package and maybe it went to the wrong address. $1600 package weighing 161lbs I've been waiting 8 weeks for and a construction hold up now gone. Thanx Update: The reply below is useless. Requests a private message with No contact info, yet again.

Thanks for handling my package. From Florida to blaine. But I've been seeing alot of ups advertising lately with people wearing masks outside, that has to stop. No more mask promotions, Purolator or fedex going forward

Today I went to the courtenay drop off location. They weren't open to the public. That's not the issue. Able to knock on the door for service, thats fine. The fact that it felt like I was a nuisance for showing up to drop off the package was. Hopefully whoever is working there reads this and adjusts their perspective on what customer service is.

For a UPS distribution centre it was very difficult to get shipping bags and labels... They uggested that I order them online as I was reducing their stock and then THEY would have to order them... Not the experience I expected.
