First time ever I post a review for a shipping services. Seriously, awesome service from this UPS Store, as I was late in sending my team members (who are scattered across the country) their gift sets for Christmas!! I chose this location based on the reviews, and this decision saved me of my own mistake. The owner of this UPS Store, Farid, was there at the time. I went into the store at 17h20 a Friday, already too late and with the UPS truck about to leave. Not only he held off the UPS driver who needed to get back to the main office in time (he kept him for a good 20 min !), he even took the time to tell me that if I register to the UPS Store Canada I would get a discount ! I was not even aware; and there was no marketing at this effect, so he could have said nothing. And to add to the this already incredible service, in the rush I had assumed that all shipping would require signatures from the receiver. When I realized that it was not the case (and I needed signatures), Farid kept his composure and took the time to redo the label and adjust accordingly. Again, holding the Driver for longer. This is beyond awesome. I'm used to see people working in Shipping Companies that couldn't care at all in helping customers. This was impressive. As a last note.... you can judge the character of someone in many ways. Taking care of a customer is always welcome, and from a shipping counter, this is a great surprise. But I could also witness the mutual respect he had with the UPS Driver. He kindly asked him to wait, and kept him updated on the progress of the shipping labels/organization. When you see someone treating his customers and his peers in the same way, then I see why this UPS Store got so many great reviews. Farid, thanks for taking the time to help me, and ensure that my team members get their gifts in time for Christmas! I did not know you, but you gain a customer for life.

Great service and very friendly, I actually drove 20 minutes from another UPS store that has always had garbage service and I purposely left with 3 packages 📦 because of the crummy service and drove 20 minutes to go to this location and the service was amazing 👏 For now on all my packages will be only given to this UPS store and that's probably about a 100+ packages a year not much but if everyone who gets great service from this location keeps going back it all adds up. The gentleman inside knows how to run a business.....again Great Service if I could give a higher rating he would get it.
