I went to drop off a return package, the wait was almost 30mins. There was only 1 person available, which is understandable for the small space to handle, but they should’ve been prepared for the rush. There were people printing, and 3 people behind me. Only reason why I gave a 3, I’d even give a 2, is due to the rudeness with which the agent/worker handled the clients. He was very inappropriate and his tone was very uncalled for, especially to these students who came to print. They printed almost 50copies, not like they’d take it for free. All this to say, some people forget mannerism when they’re in a position of authority. Hope they fix that!

The gentleman is so kind and does his best to help you. The last time I was there, last week, he was on a call with what looked like a difficult customer that was giving him a hard time and he handled himself so calmly and professionally. No matter how many times I have gone, no amount of packages I bring to ship out is too much, which is not the case with Canada post. He makes your business feel very much appreciated.

Zero star for the store, Maybe, the worst parcel service in Montreal. UPS made a printing mistake on the parcel and delivery team denied home delivery even after 2 -3 calls to the customer care. Customer care promises door delivery every time but the store denied to deliver at home. Zero star for UPS, my friends shared me the same experience with other stores too, suggested me, try to avoid the service otherwise you have to struggle a bit to get your parcels.

Extremely satisfied with their service. Was kind of thrown off my the sign in the window saying 'out for lunch, back at 11:40 AM see photos - which I blame UPS for, not the store. If this is happening it's obviously as a result of UPS understaffing their stores - not the employees The gentlemen I dealt with was nothing but polite, understanding and helpful. Easy parking. Clean. PO. Boxes available.
