This UPS delivery employee pulled up and left my neighbours boxes at the end of the driveway. No knocking, no attempt to reach them. I know that they're not even home, so went and hauled the boxes up to their door myself. Can't get through to custom services. So leaving a review. Had a similar issue with the same delivery driver earlier in the spring with a valued purchase. Delivery means to the door, not at the end of a driveway.

Normally I ask products to be sent USPS especially since I knew I would be out of town working. I was shocked to see UPS wanted another $55 US on a $120 item!The sending company graciously paid all these ridiculous fees. I then got a letter from UPS acknowledging payment, but with no info on how to get my order…not even a phone number which I ended up getting from the sending company! The representative from UPS had no idea if I could get the parcel delivered or not. He told me it was in Nanaimo then had to be prompted for an address. His English was very difficult to understand. It was clear that once they got paid they had no interest in getting your order to you!

Ordered from Costco, ups cannot only find my address but I was told that I’m not allowed to pick it up from the wear house, rude people and so not impressed. They also must have a call centre somewhere as they took my phone number down wrong as they don’t speak great English. Wow no customer service at all, if I ever get my boxes I will never use them again Carol L.

I received a message that UPS attempted to deliver my package which is a complete falicy as two people were home at the time of the attempted delivery.

No door buzzer rang, no doorbell rang, no knock on the door, no phone call. Just left a note saying to pick up the parcel at a Nanaimo Shell gas station. Went there and no parcel there. Very poor service by the UPS driver! My email said no one was home to receive the parcel… that was a lie. After seeing other similar reviews about UPS , I sure hope the company pays attention and deals with this kind of poor service!
