Holding people's packages in Customs, not choosing to inspect & release a package appropriately, delaying and/or significant hassle caused by the non-responsive employees. The list, unfortunately, continues to go on because UPS is the most inefficient courier in Canada to date. I've lost hope due to the number of times they've repeated this acton before. Therefore, I'll no longer use UPS for my import shipments.
