I had a package supposed to deliver on Tuesday, I stayed at the home all day, then I checked my track number and saw it said the delivery was rescheduled buy the receiver, which I didnt do anything, then last night ( Thursday) I saw it said delivered, so I looked at every where to find it, but I couldn’t. again I checked the UPS site and I noticed they delivered my package to a pharmacy, how they can do that? Why you didnt put any notice? Also two year ago you dis sth similar to my apple watch which I was never able to find it.

Waited for 15 minutes in the lobby...Music was really loud in back area so no one heard us. Then a lady comes out and tells us to just leave the box there!?!? Wth...So weird...

Absolute worst experience with a shipping company. Tried to change the delivery address while the package was still at the shipper’s facility in Alberta using the “convenient” MyChoice app. After 10+ calls to confirm the address and try to redirect the package, they wouldn’t even hold it at the warehouse, so they delivered it to the wrong address, in a city 2 hrs away. Claims and lost package customer service did NOTHING and could not care less about my problem. Never again.

Amazed at how awful the customer service in Kingston ontario is with UPS as they previously had a great reputation. There was a box sitting on my porch over 2 hours and nobody knocked on the door or rang the doorbell to let me know. I was literally 12 feet away from the door. Guess that's too difficult for them. Glad that we use and will continue to use Fed Ex.
