The delivery person does not have a working payment device. Even after making payment the delivery person does not get an update takes the package back saying customer doesn't want the product

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I spoke to a manager regarding our issue and she was very condescending but finish the call with "nous sommes à votre service". I understand in times of Covid work is harder than usual. But lying and not taking responsibility have nothing to do with Covid.
Here's what happened (message sent to the seller):

We  have had many, problems with UPS Lachine my wife originally had to contact them due to a delay in shipment. They said the outside of the package had ripped, and they had re-wrapped it. That was on Monday the 26th (already 3 days late). My wife was told it would be delivered on Tuesday the 27th and that someone would contact her. Never happened. We called again Tuesday and told them if they can't deliver it, we can come pick it up. They said we couldn't pick it up, because it was out for delivery and we would receive it on Wednesday. Well, this same ridiculousness happened over and over. Then they lied and said we requested that it be sent back to the shipper. When we said that wasn't true, they had it rerouted to our address. Still hadn't received anything by Friday, October 30th. Contacted them yet again (about the 5th time) and was told we had provided the wrong address (another lie), and I told them that we originally ordered it through Amazon. They promised it would be delivered by 9pm on Friday, October 30th. And yet again, it never happened.

I asked the manager to explain what happened. She said we had put the wrong address. But wasn't able to explain why the back and forth and no one mentioning an issue with the address during any of the many calls we made.
Anyway, we asked for a refund, even though the seller has nothing to do with the issue.

The lost 2 packages shipped rush for a wedding - both shipped from same company, to the same recipient on two following days. They said it was going to be delivered but then said they dont know why it was not on the trucks - both???? on both days??? they do not follow up and do not answer the phone.
