Terrible customer service and rude lady working the counter who states been there 15 years and with all that time and experience would not look up a Canada post number commercial department number, as it would just be wrong to help a customer. Told to go find it ourself This is what happens when you have people entrenched in jobs instead of firing the bad eggs and getting better people, time in a role shouldn’t take over what’s best for your clients

My package got to Strathmore saturday. They choose not to deliver it monday due to being under staffed and over worked ( what custer service said) so i tried to pick it up at the post office myself at 4:30 on monday but both post offices dont have the package.... cystomer service tried to use covid as an excuse aswell. Doesnt work any more 2 years in .
