Opening hours are almost impossible to predict because they keep changing. It is very difficult to pick up a package there, especially if you are forced to a daytime schedule.

Very disappointed with Canada Post parcel service. They do not deliver the package and return it to the post office giving the reason that they were unable to deliver it. In all circumstances we were at home and no one showed up at the time indicated on the report. It's easier and faster this way. Bad service. They should leave the packages with specialized couriers. We never have a problem with them. Serge Morin

Canada Post is the very definition of a lack of service, a lack of professionalism, a lack of respect for its customers. The worst mistake a human being can make is trusting them and paying for a service that doesn't even deliver in the end. I don't even understand how a hay spindle company like them can stay open, it's a shame total for them.

Canada Post should no longer deliver packages! It's horrible ! For the same price, with other company in not even 24 hours my package is delivered. Post office....since Wednesday my package left Mtl and nothing has happened since then! I was supposed to receive it yesterday and now it's going to Monday! 1 week! Very poor monitoring, and very poor management! And that's if it doesn't take 3 days to deliver it to Val-d'Or -_-
