They are always very pleasant to deal with. Fast and efficient! I have had no issues in the past 4 years dealing with them and would recommend this location over any other UPS location in the city.

It seems that this location does NOT want forward packages. Their excuse was, "we don't know what's in them." And if you are looking to get a letter forwarded to the States, it takes approx a month but you get charged for it that day you tell them to forward. Although the company Anytime Mailbox charges more, if you have time sensitive docs, at least they get it to you with tracking and within 10 days. It also felt like when I called to see if mail was in my box, I was bothering them. Definitely closing my box at this location and looking for another service.

Not sure what location the guy worked at since this happened in the Avalon mall today but for no reason a UPS employee felt the need to yell at a 7 month pregnant women for being on her phone when she wasnāt even in his way . Completely unprofessional to act that way in public on the job ! A simple excuse me would of been more appropriate. Only if I got his name Iād reach out directly but I hope he seeās this and maybe learn some manners.

Due to covid. Selected no signature required. Item was registered as delivered at "xx" time on Friday evening at which three people were home. Package was not deceived to my house as i can verify by security camera. Nor was the doorbell rung. Now Monday morning I have little chance of any resolution. Package was either dropped to wrong address or not delivered. Seems fishy. Update: thanks for the reply. Yeah I have delat with your local store and found the service quite excellent so I will up the review
