WORST COMPANY EVER, just as scummy as DHL. Didn’t even warn the seller or me the buyer about how much duty and taxes would be. I had to pay 50$ for a less than 20$ item. That’s not even the worst part, last time I got an item given to me through the states for free which I had to pay 40$ for duty, and the delivery driver was so rude when coming to my door and legit demanded my credit card info which is illegal btw, it’s suppose to be done online or through the phone.

Best Ups, great service people working so humble, polite and helpful. Always prefer this location for printout my notes best price, best service. Even I can speak,read understand english very well but as Immigrant i feel nervous sometimes while talking to native people beacuse of flow in speaking but I always go there and people working here sooo kind and patiently listen to me and provides the best formation.

We had an unusually large item to return we called ahead and the representative was fantastic encouraging us to come in and drop the package off to return. Coming into the the store I didn’t see the representatives name but on the confirmation receipt the ID reads as EB. He was so wonderfully helpful and kind he even let us know for the next time to call and schedule a parcel pick up from home a service we didn’t realize was available. We’ve had such trouble with other couriers UPS 4th Ave is the way to go! Thank you again!

Terrible shipping service. Package is now a week late and they don’t offer package pickups in st Catharine’s cause “the location is closed to the public for health reasons”. So now I have to wait another week for something that’s in my city I could just go pickup. This the only shipping service that doesn’t allow in city pickups.

I have shipped items with this UPS location only twice, but BOTH times I was told I would receive the tracking number later in the day. NEITHER time did I receive the tracking number, and I had to call to follow up. I have never shipped with any other courier service, USPS or Canada Post, and NOT RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER AT POINT OF SALE. Once is a mistake, twice is a problem. I would not recommend using this UPS location, but if you do, ask for your package to be fully processed and get the tracking number BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Owner seems to be a nice guy, but needs to have a more organized, consistent system I order to provide tracking numbers to customers immediately.

I thought this was a UPS store and used them to send a package to Florida. They gave it to DHL and DHL failed to deliver it on time. When I inquired, I learned that this store is a 3rd party and not a UPS store. I will not use them again.

The scheduled delivery date changed twice. Recently it has now become unavailable. Seeing how the package is in literally the same city, and a 5 minute driveaway. It's infuriating that the package is still not delivered. Edit: Thank you for the reply. It would be helpful if it was more clear on where the packages are sent and delivered from. It is not this store's issue but UPS as a service in general. To anyone else who sees this review, knowing this situation may be helpful.

WOW! I certainly wish I had read these terrible reviews before I shipped a letter to Tokyo using UPS. They are TRUE! Terrible customer service from UPS. The letter was sent on a Thursday, arrived in Tokyo on the Friday, cleared customs at midnight on the Monday but still only managed to make it to it's destination in Tokyo 35 hours later. Too late to be of use and of course, no refund. STAY FAR AWAY FROM UPS, THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS!

UPS is absolutely the WORST shipping company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Where do I even start? I have gone as far as sitting on my front porch waiting for them to deliver and they didn’t show up. No notification card, no nothing. Look online and it says “pick up at the access point”.....get to the “access point” and guess what? They’ve given the wrong address for the access point!!! Fish around for the access point only to FINALLY find it and get told by the clerk (LITERALLY in a Forest Gump voice imitation) that we never checked the website. Only we did. Repeatedly. I was told by the shipper UPS “had been holding a lot of packages” and “wasn’t returning anyone’s calls”.... even theirs??? Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Two zeros are too good for this company

*Update June 1” - After being told they don’t do manual waybills, I asked how to ship my package to Ottawa and was told “we don’t do that” and I should go to their main distribution center. If, as the owner replied, UPS ships worldwide, why did I leave the store with my unshipped package? They don’t ship packages? Walked in with a package to ship within Canada and was told they don’t do that there...very confused.

I dropped off a very important personal identification document this morning around 9:30 in one of your UPS Store in St Catharines, Ontario, Canada. Because of its emergency and important, I selected the express service and double checked with the gentleman who worked in the store the delivery date. I was told it will be delivered on Thursday (June 28) for sure. He did not give me any tracking numbers at that time and said I would receive an email regarding all details including tracking numbers later on the same day. I did receive an email late afternoon but it shows the SERVICE/ CARRIER is DHL， rather than UPS. And because of that, the document will be delivered on FRIDAY (June 29), NOT THURSDAY!! My husband has to fly back to Canada on Friday with that identification. But Now, he may not be able to take the flight because UPS delayed my service!!! I am so disappointed at this moment, and hope anyone can take care this case. I paid the service to UPS, not DHL. If I know UPS would transfer my package to DHL, I would rather contact DHL at the beginning and hand over my package to them directly. So that, we would not be so panic as right now and prey for the package can be delivered ASAP!!!! I appreciate anyone from UPS can give me an explanation and also make sure the package will be delivered on June 28, not June 29!!
