Ups delivery arrived on Friday and unfortunately we were not home to receive package. The driver left a notice that the parcel could be picked up at the UPS store at 14 Court street Truro. We checked the website for hours and made our way to the store to find a note on the door that they were closed. We called Monday morning for forty minutes trying to verify that someone would be there before we made another trip and the ups employee said she doesn't answer the phone while with a customer. In this day and age, it's hard to believe a business would have one employee that, when busy, there was no one available to assist other customers. A rating of one star is generous ..

I ordered from UPS. I live in Nova Scotia. Yesterday, I got a call stating that they needed to check my address, and left me a message with a tracking number. So I returned the call. They had my address, but the UPS driver could not find it. Funny I live on the same street as the Post Office, you think the UPS driver would know where the post office is. When I called the number, I had to give UPS directions. You really think that this kind of business might actually own a map!!!!! So the girl said she would relay my address information, and the driver would be there before 7pm. So I waited all day til 7pm, no delivery. I called UPS this morning, and was told that they would be here sometime today. So I have to sit around and wait another day. I am waiting for business materials, good thing I am not waiting for a kidney, or I would be dead by now. Not a good way to run a business!

I was supposed to have 3 packages delivered yesterday. They didn't come because of "harsh weather conditions" even though yesterday was the first nice day we've had in a week. Not that big of a deal though, so I waited until today, but they only delivered one package. So, I tried to call them two times and both time they answered, said nothing and then hung up. Oh and we paid extra for two day shipping.
