Hey, So answering your query in my review itself, The 1 star rating was for your delivery drivers, who didn't seem to be interested in doing their job at all. It was my first time using UPS to receive a package, and seeing a 'We missed you" note on my door, when I had been home the entire day, I wonder if they even tried to contact me properly to deliver my package. There was literally nothing mentioned on the note except the Cod charges that I had to pay (paid online). After that I had no idea of how and when to get my package, Your website was saying that the package was under processing at ups facility, and delivery date will be provided as soon as possible, and then one day they suddenly appear and leave the package on the door after knocking. Didn't you had to ask me whether it should be left out. Overall, the service was horrible for me.

Ups lost my package , been in and out of 3 investigations for the past month and a half , a driver came to my house, lied to my face about dropping it off because she claims she “remembered this house” she went back to ups and told them that I had the package when I in fact did not, I have security cameras that shows no one came on the date and time they “delivered” it. Still waiting on a refund. It’s been almost 2 months.

Asked for most affordable shipping, not concerned with taking longer, twice. Both times he tried for top dollar. I had looked up prices/times online first. This past time when I stated, slowest and cheapest please, he told me it would be $700 for my packages. When I explained I had looked up pricing online first, should be about $200, he begrudgingly "found" the service I requested. He then had to call his boss to see if it was ok to send?!?! He then told me it could take awhile and he hoped my packages would make it, no guarantees?! (Online states 5 days) Since then my packages have sat in Concord for 10 days because the invoice was mysteriously missing when they got there. Since this is the only UPS store in Peterborough, I HIGHLY recommend measuring, weighing and calculating costs online before going here. Watch tracking and call UPS customer service if anything seems off.

I read all the reviews and I was soo scared to us Ups to ship an item for me but I still went head with it and ship my item and it got to my friends safe no damage at all , will come back again . Thank you soo much

I feel like this place needs some better ratings because it's a UPS Store it does exactly what you'd expect it to. Knowledgeable staff, it's the only UPS Store in Peterborough and it does what you want it to. Take a few seconds to read online and check out their hours and pricing and you're going to get exactly what you need. No drop-off box is a bit of a bummer but it is what it is in Peterborough. Great service thanks for shipping my packages.
