My cousin & I went to send an important document to the Philippines 🇵🇭…the owner/manager is the rudest & stupidest man we have ever met and dealt with….he is so mean, rude, uneducated & has very bad & disgusting attitude, very impatient, no manners/bad customer service. We had enough of his bad attitude so we told him to be nicer to his customers or else he will lose customers.he doesn’t understand instructions. Do NOT do business with this guy.

I needed to send a package to the USA and both people working were very patient and kind. They walked me through what needed to be filled out and offered to replace the box I had brought in. I had a good experience here and would go back again to ship with UPS.

This place is HORRIBLE! I have never been met with such horrific customer service practices and pure laziness, I had asked the lady if my package had arrived there from the distribution centre as the 1-800 # didn’t give me any instructions as to how I would know, she refused to go look or give any more information, just pure laziness, it’s pathetic. Avoid this place at any means nessecary

Bad customer relations. They won't leave the package at your home if you're away. Why the hell am I ordering it to my home if you don't leave it? What am I to do, take a day off work and travel across the city for the package that was meant to sit at my door for when I get home? Brutal, use fed-ex people.
