This was a horrible experience. I had several shipments both delivered to my home and ones for pickup. Both left a lot to be desired. I gave exact instructions to the driver as to where to deliver and how. When they arrived, they told me to come get my stuff. The driver had thrown all the items I had on the ground for anyone to pick up - nowhere near my door. I was also told that there would be 3 attempts before it was sent to the store. Apparently it is exactly 1x. At the office, my packages were left out where other customers could have grabbed the items. Also my items weren't sitting the way the boxes were labelled. The bags and boxes I received had holes and slits in it - leaving some of the items inside covered in dirt or partially crushed. You'd think the fees you pay, as opposed to something like Canada Post, would result in better service. Nope. At any time they could have tried to help make this easier or patched up my packages during transit, but they chose not to.
