I was out of province and had to arrange a shipment that required a physical pickup at a storage location. Lily and Paul not only went above and beyond in helping me with my abnormal shipping request, but were kind enough to provide detailed instructions and assistance with the process every step of the way. The service has been impeccable, and the quality of customer service goes well above and beyond. The high level of professionalism and customer-oriented care that I saw in my experience with them reflects not just well on the store itself, but on the entire UPS organisation as a whole. It was a pleasure to do business with this location and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of printing and shipping services.

Lily and Paul were a fantastic help! I recently moved provinces and had tons to ship including golf clubs which had me a little worried. I received the golf clubs in as little as 3.5 days later and couldn’t believe how well they were packed!! Everything arrived on time in the same condition I left them in.
