I had to ship off several boxes to the other end of Ontario (a number of which were heavy with several books), and the people at the UPS in Thunder Bay were very helpful and patient with me. All the boxes arrived at my chosen address over two days and in good condition. I'll definitely be using UPS if I have to do something like this again!
