Charges 10 dollars for printing 3 pages of low quality letter size papers. Business owner REFUSED to reprint after making a mistake in sizing. Absolute rip off and there are so many much better print shops nearby. (This is the store I visited. Avoid going)

What an absolute disaster!!! What a shame for Ups for having this service. I have never walked away from something. Lost 30 Minutes and this gus is literally doing anything and everything but what he has to do!!!! What An absolute SHAME

Place is the best and with top notch service. I've been going here for 7yrs plus. At High peak hours you might have to wait a bit. Beacuse the staff is working very hard to make sure things go perfectly for their clients and customers. Please don't listen to any of the negative reviews below. Ali and his team will always do the best job for you and help you out any way they can.

I've been to this location a couple of times to ship some items. Every time I visit, the owner is super nice and welcoming. I always take my dog and he welcomes her as well (this is one the things that I love about this store)!! He likes to make friendly conversation with his customers and I think that's what makes this store unique and makes me feel comfortable. He also thoroughly explains costs and requirements for shipping, which I appreciate. Thanks so much for your service!

The gentleman who helped me today at this UPS location was amazing. After I rushed through to get my package sent and left in a hurry I noticed the service I paid for was quite high. I decided to call the store about a question I had and he already had mentioned that he was sourcing an alternative delivery service that would be more cost effective and was going to contact me because he as well thought it was quite high. Great customer care!
