Another customer who wished to have read the review before I decided to torture myself. If I could give zero star I would. The blonde lady should NOT be working there and most definitely not the in customer service industry. When I arrived, nobody was at the front counter for service. She appeared about 3 minutes in and in a bad mood. Gave me a lot of sarcastic comments for nothing and just rude all around. When I came back the second time, she said "excuse me you were here today already, I am short-staffed" as if I offended her for being a customer there. She then continues to be super condescending for absolutely no reason. Throughout the entire time I kept my mouth just and said nothing. If you are reading this, stop being rude and racist towards others. You do not belong in the customer service industry. For those who HAVE to go to this UPS for whatever reason, do NOT deal with her and find another rep or else you might end up getting PTSD.

Can't be bothered to open at their own posted hours of operation - supposed to be open at 9 am on weekdays - arrived at 9:15 am to see that the doors are locked, lights are off, and with no one inside the store. No sign indication they are closed. What a waste of my time. Do yourself a favour and drive down to the UPS store in Oak Bay - excellent service and they honour their hours of operation

I went to this UPS location yesterday to both pick and drop off parcels. Other than about a 12 minute wait for another customer, the manager was courteous and efficient dealing with me. I got through in less than 5 minutes. This was a good experience for a mail service. D Nanan

I took an item into the UPS store in Victoria on Thursday and was told it would be delivered Friday afternoon, no problem. It never left the Richmond processing center until Friday night and went to Kentucky which is their customs center. It was not delivered to the Seattle area until Monday! I will never trust UPS again.

The lady who works the desk here is incredibly rude and just stares you down instead of looking for your package. Disorganized beyond all belief, and no security for packaged dropped off or waiting for pickup - they are just all over the floor everywhere. Reeks of cigarette smoke. Possibly the sketchiest parcel service experience I've ever had, and this right after UPS illegally tried to force me to pay import brokerage fees. Never again.
