I have had not many good experience with shipping companies in the past but they have excellent customer service and very friendly atmosphere. Sure thing, when I need to ship parcel/box to short/long distance, I’d like to ask them to pack, label and ship it. Thank you for your service.

A real pleasure dealing with the Oak Bay Ave. UPS Store! We drove all the way in from Sidney to go specifically to this store, after reading so many positive reviews, and those reviews are well earned. The lady who helped us was very friendly, professional and courteous, as were the other two fellows working in the store.They really went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after.First class people and service! Highly recommended!

This is by far the best UPS location I’ve ever come across. Not just in Victoria but in Canada. The employee who helped me, Sam, was insanely helpful. I was shipping 4 packages. He helped me carry them into the store, gave me recommendations on shipping and insuring the packages, and was very thorough and efficient. By far my best shipping experience.

After reading the reviews for another location which recommended going to this location instead, I attended there yesterday to return a package to Amazon. The gentleman was very helpful and timely. He emailed me a confirmation almost immediately. I highly recommend this location. It looked clean and organized. There is free parking on the street both on Oak Bay and on Monterey.

Never thought I’d be going out of my way to review a UPS but these guys were GREAT. 10/10 service— friendly folks who genuinely cared about helping me find the best rates for my boxes and stand-alone chair! Had some laughs along the way, too.
