I went to this UPS store today, I was served by a female staff there. She was very professional, helpful, polite, respectful, kind, nice, patient, and supportive. I was 100% satisfied with the services. I was very grateful. I appreciated their great services. It was one of a few best experiences I have ever had in stores. Thank you very much!

This place is incredible. I print here all the time, they are so accommodating, can print same day, and depending on the job even sometimes within the hour. The prices are very very reasonable. All the staff know what they are doing and will try to make it all work out for any printing job.

Not specific to this store - Worst service ever my delivery date kept changing for 3 days and then all of a sudden it said that the address was Wong on my end even though that was not the case. In shot, took 7 more days then ETA to get my package and I had to pick it up from one of their access point.
