I use this UPS location very often to send parcels to my sisters in Kelowna and Edmonton. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always smiling. I never have to track my packages because they have never misplaced any of them and their delivery service is always prompt. When there is a little bit of a delay, they make sure to check in from time to time and apologize for the delay. The manager is also very friendly and helpful. He helped me with my permanent resident application passport photos and told me the correct size of photo that was required. It’s also very convenient and accessible as it is close to where I stay and located in the same building where I work. The store is also usually very neat and Tidy!

Use frequently to drop off UPS packages. Most of the it's pretty efficient. I recently needed labels printed and I was charged $13+ tax just for printing labels and custom docs for two boxes. Although this store was great about giving me a piece of tape to close the top of a box. Another UPS store wanted to charge me $2 for a strip of packing tape. Also I had one express (3 day select) package not sent out the same day (dropped off around noon) because the building was evacuated for a fire alarm. I wished I received a call about the incident so I could have upgraded the service level instead of having my package arrive late.

Was in need of a few photos to be printed for frames for in time for Christmas. I had no clue where to go, and a friend recommended the UPS store… I had no idea they even did things like this !!! I went in on Monday the 20, and by the next business day my pictures were ready and done right how I needed. I was very impressed at the friendly environment and the efforts made to ensure things were done correctly. Will definitely be going back after the holidays for more prints! Thanks for your help!

Ted and his staff are rock stars. Have been shipping time sensitive items with them for years. They also copy and bind legal documents at a better rate than i could do it using my office staff and photocopier.

Wow! Where to start. Ted is one of the most dedicated individuals I've encountered in both my personal and professional life. I had 4 very unprepped packages to get out before Christmas and Ted stayed late on a Saturday to get them all packed and prepped. He helped me through the process from start to finish and made sure I was aware of any pitfalls or quirks of the system with it being so close to Christmas. All around excellent staff, very professional, extremely good at all the things they do. I can't recommend them enough!
