First of all the friendly service, they are professional shipping company, second to none. You may not realize but the UPS Store will find the right size box for your shipping needs, pack your precious items carefully, even insure your items. Then they will ship, e mail you a confirmation & tracking number, all very quickly & efficiently.

Store is under new ownership. Person at desk has no training. Needed to send documents internationally with DHL. Person was clueless. Claimed they never sent anything internationally, did not know how to enter an address which really is too bad for a store specializing in shipping. I went home, did everything online in one try. DHL came to pick up the document from my house the next day. Document delivered on time.
