Recently came to this location where there was a line which the service representative was serving. While a client she was serving was doing some paperwork, she noticed that I already had a tracking label on my package for shipping and asked me to come forward, scanned my package and it was then taken for shipping. Great customer service. Thank you

My package was 4 days late passed the expected delivery day without reasoning. When I received my package at the ups was excited and went back to my car and went home to open it. I live 5 mins away from the store. When I got home, I noticed the box was tampered like someone opened it. I regret not checking the box in the ups store before leaving. Just completed a 12hr shift was extremely tired. And got to the store 10mins before closing. I then opened the the box and noticed my AirPod box looked weird as if it was opened because there was no plastic covering on it and the box itself looks kind of dirty like someone opened the box with dirty hands. Further opening the AirPod box, the AirPods are gone. I am so upset! Someone from UPS stole my AirPods out the box. I immediately tried going back to the ups store but by time I went back they were closed. I called them twice and the investigation department is closed. I called apple and they are launching an investigation. This is insane. Good luck to the idiot that stole my engraved AirPods. It has my pet name and date of birth with emojis on it. I hope apple tracks down where the AirPods are by the serial number and it being activated so I can send the police to their location. I can imagine how many other people experience theft before. It’s frustrating because I would order apple stuff online and pick up in store. But for some reason Airpods that are engraved has to be delivered. No pick up option. Worst thing it’s coming from apple in Vietnam. I’ve never had any problems picking up packages in person at ups store. I’d rather pick up in store on my own time then for it to be delivered at my door step and make it vulnerable for someone to steal it. This is heartbreaking. I worked so hard to reward myself all for nothing.

Not pleased with the service at all. I normally do not like to give negative reviews but their consistent unpleasant service is just unbearable and unreasonable. This is my sixth time that I came here for a parcel pick up and everytime I had to wait. They either don't have sufficient staff or are extremely slow. Today they had one female dealing with everything. Before me, there were two people and she took almost half an hour for preparing parcel for the first customer. Second customer was there for pick up and even she got frustrated for such a slow service, she was there for a long time. The customer representative tool like ever to find that her parcel. Extremely slow service. I only go there because that's the closet UPS store to my house. Slow service.
