They charge an amount and mark it as "Other government fee" when that money does not go to the government but rather stays with UPS. It is disguised brokerage fee. The Canadian Society of Customs Brokers should not allows this practice to exist Edit: this is not a specific local issue. UPS use the same misleading fee description at all their locations!!!
