I went to store 289 this morning to return a couple of packages to Amazon… I ordered a plain black dress twice and twice it came with polka dots, first one, leopard print, second one…so back they were going… Bobbi was I. The store by herself and was amazing!!!! She printed off my labels for me, repackaged the two items into 1 and very nicely told me I was good to go… what ?? I didn’t pay you and with the best smile of the day she said no charge…..The nicest experience I have had in GP in many years…Thank You Bobbi…you rock and I will see you again as this place will be my go to from now on!!👍🌷

I absolutely enjoy using the services at this Grande Prairie Store. I find it very personable. I've seen so much extra work the staff have to do due the confusion with UPS and their name UPS Store. So many people miss understand that The UPS Store does ship your parcels, however there are not UPS, where they receive and ship parcels. Its unfortunate with the understanding. Seeing the staff deal with angry customers daily about another company issues and not theirs. I use the UPS Store as a 24 hr mailbox access for my mail. I can have anybody ship to my mailbox because of the way the address is setup. No issues receiving parcels from anybody. I also use them for shedding my confidential documents. I have them create a calendar for me to give as gifts. They even do professional printing, business cards, cards, and and and. In all due honestly. I prefer to to promote The UPS Store. As for it is my hidden treasure of a one stop shop.

If I could give a lower review I would. Absolutely horrendous service. Save your time and go to Staples instead, where they will talk to you nicely and make sure you're happy with your product. I'm really disheartened to have to write this, given that the service last year was great. I ordered invitations yesterday and called to make sure they'd be done for today. The lady was friendly and offered to get them ready for print for an extra fee. I left her my number in case there were any issues. I received an email in the morning, stating they were ready. I informed Danielle that I wouldn't be able to pickup till after work around 5pm. Given the construction I reached there for 5:06pm. I was greeted by Danielle in the most disdainful way. She mentioned to me she had the chills and wanted to leave earlier but she waited for me. She then handed me the invitations and told me my total of 12.60. I looked over the invites and noticed they were very grainy, and the text was almost ineligible. When I asked her about it, her response was, "it's my fault you sent me the file, and it was huge so I had to resize it." So I asked her what exactly was wrong with it and she said the file was only 72. And so I asked 72 what? And then she told me to just Google it and find out. And I asked again is 72 the pixels? She said it's the resolution and I need upwards of 300 or 600. So I asked if I got it fixed if there would be chance of having them done by Monday. She said, "well I'm sick so definitely not tomorrow but maybe Monday." So I said, " I'd be happy to pay something for these invites so you didn't waste your time, but I'm not happy with them so I'd like them redone." So then she cancels the transaction and then rings it up again for $12.60. So I ask her, "you're charging me full price? I don't want these". Then she gets super snippy with me and says I'm not arguing with you, if you don't take them I'm throwing them out, and she grabs them and throws them out. Then she says you can take your business elsewhere and proceeds to close up. All this while my 7 year old was right there with me. I am not at all happy with the lack of service I received and warn others, take your business elsewhere.

I recently had a large, unusual order that I had to have shipped from Grande Prairie for my business. Never having worked with the folks at Store 289 before, I didn't know what to expect. I have used UPS stores before for my shipping needs and always had satisfactory results. I reached out to the store and was placed in contact with the owner, Danielle. I explained that I needed to ship 42, seven-pound, fragile pieces of electronic equipment internationally, on a deadline. Danielle managed this task from start to finish and exceeded my expectations in every way. Danielle and her staff have earned my admiration and my highest praise for a job well-done. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks for all of your shipping needs.

This place used to be friendly. But they have this lady working here who's rude and tells you to do this and that and wasn't clear of what she was saying. So unprofessional and I could tell the person she was training was so uncomfortable. I'd give it a 5/5 but I am unhappy of the service because of how rude she was and her poor instructions.

Whatever Delivery service used by UPS in Grande Prairie does not respond to phone calls or messages it’s been almost two weeks trying to recover a package sent to me by UPS I went into the store and they have no record of the package. This is literally the worst delivery service company I have ever dealt with.
